Support Policy

The AISAMP8 Organising Committee may provide support for the conference participants. The amount of support is limited. The preference may be given to participants from overseas.

Established researchers presenting talks must submit an application stating their personal details. Please use the request of support form for established researchers.  

Early career researchers (researchers who are within 5 years of completion of PhD) must submit an application stating their citizenship and personal data. Please use the request of support form for early career researchers.  

Students presenting a contributed poster must submit an application stating their citizenship, affiliation, and personal details. The application must be accompanied by a recommendation letter from their supervisor or the head of the department certifying their student status. Please use the request of support form for students.  

Applicants will be notified about the outcome before October 24, 2008.

All support requests should be submitted through the avenues indicated above. You will be automatically notified by email that your request for support has been submitted.

Within five days you will receive an email from the conference coordinator, that your request has been successfully downloaded and checked. If you do not receive this email please contact the conference coordinator. Please attach a copy of the automatic email with your submission details to your message.
