Registration Fees

Standard Conference fee includes access to all portions of the program, welcome reception, morning and afternoon tea and lunch each day, conference banquet and Perth-Swan River excursion.

Advance registration

Advance registration for the AISAMP8 will be available starting June 25, 2008. Advance registration via web is the most convenient way and is highly recommended especially for participants wishing to get official conference accommodation with the special rates. No other form of advance registration will be available.

Late and on-site registration

There will be a possibility to register in person at the conference registration desk upon arrival. The registration fee is AU$600.00 CASH ONLY.

Cancellations

Cancelations have to be submitted in written form to the Organising Committee before October 23, 2008. A cancellation fee amounting AU$ 100, - will apply. After this date the fee will not be refunded, even in case of non-participation.

To your attention: AISAMP8 Organising Committee is inviting all registered conference participants for the Conference Banquet which will held on Wednesday 26^th of November 2008 at Hackett Hall, University of Western Australia. We have reserved free tickets for all registered participants. If you wish to attend the Banquet with an accompanying person, please inform the organizers by aisamp8@uwa.edu.au. Banquet ticket cost for an accompanying person is AU$70.00. You will be able to buy a ticket for an accompanying person online at http://payments.uwa.edu.au/registration or on-site at the registration desk. The number of tickets is limited, so please inform us ASAP!

Perth – Swan River Excursion

All conference participants are invited to take part in a Perth – Swan River excursion on Tuesday, 25 November 2008; the cost is included in the registration fee. A ticket for an accompanying person cost $15.00 and needs to be ordered before 25 November. Payment may be done only in cash at the registration desk.

The excursion starts at 5:00 PM from the conference venue. It includes 2 hour bus tour to the Kings Park and Cottesloe beach and 3 hour Swan River boat cruise with the Captain Cook Cruises (Barrack St. Jetty Perth – Fremantle – Barrack St. Jetty Perth). A snack will be provided. A shuttle bus will be provided from the Barrack St. Jetty to the UWA Colleges after the excursion.
