Abstract Submission

Abstract submission opens on March 1, 2008.

The Organising Committee invites abstracts for the AISAMP8. All intending oral and poster presenters are required to submit abstracts by October 10, 2008. The presenting author must be a paid registrant.

Abstracts can be uploaded through our on-line submission system "Easy Chair" http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=AISAMP2008 . EasyChair is a free conference management system that is flexible, easy to use, and has many features to make it suitable for various conference models. It is currently probably the most commonly used conference management system.  

Abstracts sent via email, fax, or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged.

Presenters can find information about acceptance of their presentations at http://www.aisamp8.uwa.edu.au/abstract_acceptance from March 10, 2008 to October 17, 2008. Be sure to provide a clear and correct email address for the corresponding author and provide all other information requested on the electronic form. Participants requiring invitation letters for their visa application are strongly advised to submit their abstracts as early as possible.

Instructions for using the on-line submission system:

 If you have an EasyChair account:

1. Go to http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=AISAMP2008 ;
2. Use your user name and password to log in.

If you don't have an Easy chair account:

1. Go to http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=AISAMP2008 ;
2. Click the button "I have no EasyChair account";
3. Fill in your details: First Name, Last Name, Secret Word, Email Address;
4. You will then receive an email with instructions for creating your account;
5. Fill in your details and select "Create Account".

You can now submit your abstract:

1. Click the following link to log in with your username and password ( http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=AISAMP2008 );
2. Click on "New Submission" at the top of the page and fill in the author details;
3. Provide title and abstract (300 words maximum);
4. Select the category for your preferred type of presentation (poster or oral);
5. Provide key words;
6. Since you are submitting an absrtact only, tick "Abstract Only" box;
7. Click the "Submit Paper" button.
